The Power of Pride alliance is seeking qualified consultants or consultancy teams to conduct an in-depth, end-term evaluation of the Power of Pride programme, a strategic partnership (2021–2025) with the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The programme operates across 22 countries in Asia and Africa, aiming to build inclusive societies where LGBTIQ+ individuals can live without fear of stigma, discrimination, or violence. This end-term evaluation will play a critical role in assessing the programme’s impact, effectiveness, and sustainability, as well as guiding future initiatives.
Power of Pride is a 5-year strategic partnership (2021 – 2025) in collaboration with and funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA-NL). The programme is managed jointly by an alliance consisting of COC Netherlands, Pan Africa ILGA and ILGA Asia and implemented in 22 countries across Africa and Asia in partnership with 250+ community-based organizations (CBOs). Besides in-country support, the programme also includes regional and global components of lobby and advocacy and strengthening LGBTIQ+ movements.
